The bike includes a rear rack. It is easily identified by the several stickers on the frame including Oregon State Parks, Kauai bike shop, and others. The black REI bike bag contained bike tools, light, U-lock, etc was also stolen. See photo. Contact me or Pima County sheriff if you see this bike. A battery charger is also missing.
