I really don't care if your a man or a woman I'm just looking for someone that has some kind of income and needs a place to call home for as long as you want I'm on disability myself and don't even get enough for all the bills and rent so I'm not looking for anything to expensive I'll only charge you $450 a month from the time you move into the house until the month before you leave because I'll need a month notice so I can prepare myself.
I live in San Manuel trailer park and if you need help moving your stuff I do have a truck and I'm not afraid to drive it to help you move so you don't have to rent a U-Haul or anything if you don't need to or want to and no kids if possible I mean if you were a single mom okay cool.
