Sadly, there are a few ignorant people that refuse to believe that Pro Bono Attorneys exist.
I actually used one 3 years ago. Their service was Completely Free!!! With that said:
NEEDED, a qualified attorney for direct representation, who is familiar with city codes and the "AZ mobile home parks-residential landlord/tenant Act", and will volunteer their time with this issue. Also known as a "Pro Bono attorney".
The landlords have been violating the landlord- tenant act in this residential senior mobile home park.
I bought my home from the park and rent the lot. That makes me the tenant. The parks negligence in keeping the property safe has created personal and real property damage. I expect compensation for the recent damages and that the park make proper measures to prevent future issues. Other home owners have been affected as well.
I need a pro bono attorney that also knows which City of Tucson department to contact so they will go after the landlords for these violations. It is the parks responsibility to fix the safety issues, but they refuse. I have documentation.
Legal Aid can't help me. Step up to Justice says they do not have an attorney that specializes in this field. HUD would not help me. Everybody in Pima County offices say it's not their jurisdiction. Everybody in the City of Tucson won't assist me because they're apathetic. I need an attorney to force them to do their job and to force these landlords to do "theirs"!
I need an aggressive pro bono attorney that represents the tenant.
For those of you that still insist attorney's do not work for free.....Search Google "pro bono attorney".
Thank you.
