I have used them before.
NEEDED, a qualified attorney for direct representation, who is familiar with city codes and the "AZ mobile home parks-residential landlord/tenant Act", and will volunteer their time with this issue. Also known as a pro bono attorney.
The property owners / landlords have been violating the landlord- tenant act in this residential senior mobile home park.
I bought my home from the park, but rent the lot. That makes me the tenant. The parks negligence in keeping the property safe has created personal and real property damage. I expect compensation for the recent damages and that the park make proper measures to prevent future issues. Other home owners have been affected as well.
I need a pro bono attorney that also knows which City of Tucson department to contact so they will go after the landlords for these violations. It is the parks responsibility to fix the safety issues, but they refuse. I have documentation.
Legal Aid can't help me. Step up to Justice says they do not have an attorney that specializes in this field.
I need an aggressive pro bono attorney that represents the tenant.
For those of you that insist they do not work for free.....Google "pro bono attorney".
