My mobile home sits in this 14" deep pool of rainwater during Monsoon. The corporation that owns the lot will not install a drainage system. They have been getting away with it for many years regardless who I contact.
NEEDED, an advocate who is familiar the "AZ mobile home parks-residential landlord/tenant Act", and will volunteer their time to help me with a safety issue.
I bought my home from this senior park and rent the lot. The landlords are negligent in keeping my lot safe and has created personal and real property damage. I expect reimbursement for the recent damages and repairs that I've paid for. Also, the owners of this senior park must make proper measures to prevent future damage.
I need a knowledgeable advocate that will help go after these landlords for their violations. It is the parks responsibility to fix the safety issues, but they refuse.
I need these landlords to be forced obey the Landlord-Tenant Act!
(If only I could speak to the Arizona Attorney General, Kris Mayes directly).
Thank you.
