RATES for 1-2 people: (We have not raised our rates since 2012!)
Low season: (6/1-8/31) - $400 for 1 wk, $700.00 for 2 wks; $1300.00/mo.
Mid season: (4/1-6/01 and 8/31-12/30) - $500 for 1 wk, $900.00 for 2 wks; $1500.00/mo.
High season: (1/1-3/31) - $1800.00/mo. (February only and less than 1 month stay, are available at last minute only)
Our rates are much more favorable than nearby hotel rooms and we offer a real home for your extended stay.
Cleaning fee $200, all but $50 is refundable depending on condition at departure.
50% Deposit required. Balance in cash or certified check accepted on arrival.
On-site owners who are helpful, respectful & knowledgeable about Tucson & the SW.
