We "Grit Trucking LLC" is hiring ONE Class A CDL driver for a dedicated, repeat route out of Tucson, AZ.
This is a highly sought-after lane with predictable miles, steady pay, and every weekend off.

Route & Schedule
Start: Sunday at 4:30 PM – Tucson, AZ
Head to Phoenix to do a 10 hr reset
Load in Phoenix in the morning.
Run in a 5-truck convoy to Louisiana
Return: Thursday afternoon
Weekends off – every week
Same route. Same schedule. No surprises.
The Work
Hauling flatbed loads (oversized outbound)
Load securement: straps, winch bar, flags & oversized signage
Convoy driving (support the whole way — no guessing)
Return trip is pre-loaded with a stack of flatbeds
This is a repeat, dialed-in lane, not random dispatching
Pay
$1,900 per week
1099 Independent Contractor
Consistent miles = consistent pay
Requirements (Read Carefully)
Valid Class A CDL
Current medical card
Minimum 2 years driving experience
Oversized experience preferred but NOT required
We WILL train the right candidate on oversized loads
Flatbed experience is a plus
Must be professional, dependable, and safety-minded
This is not a job for reckless drivers, chronic complainers, or people who need babysitting.
It is a great fit for someone who wants to learn, improve, and run a clean operation.
