This travel trailer is perfect for small RV spaces. The hydraulic engineering allows the trailer to raise and lower with the push of a button. It comes with two propane tanks, two batteries, and new tires in August 2025. The trailer can be self-sufficient if hook-ups are not available. Refrigerator can run on propane, AC or DC. However, electric A/C unit requires 120V hook-up. Heat is propane. Fresh water, black water, and gray water tanks. Includes backup camera assembly, Curt sway bars and ball mount. The trailer has been well maintained. One cushion is slightly torn, exterior seal is worn out. The bedding is versatile; it can make two or three beds: the drop down bed sleeps 2. The dining table and couch can make two twin beds or one large king size bed (see photos.) Outdoor shower. Overall length including tongue and spare tire is 19 feet.
