This is a heavy duty, T3 trailer built by Ditch Witch to haul ride-on Trencher/tractors.
The Surge Brake has a new brake cylinder.
New wiring, lights & 4 flat connector.
2 bearings/cones replaced on the right rear axle.

The inside channel iron for the wheel channels sticks up 2 1/2". I suppose a flat deck could be rigged up across the wheel channels.
