**I DO NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT THIS TRAILER, IT WAS MY DADS**
It’s either 38ft or 40ft triple slide out.
It has 2 A/C units that both blow strong and cold.
Awning as far as I know is in great condition.
Everything works on the trailer. My dad owned it for 1 year before he passed away and now I’m selling it because I have no use for it. It’s a beautiful trailer and I want someone to enjoy it instead of sitting here.
It has a lot of storage space.
It’s very roomy, as you can see from the pictures, it does not have a dining table. Just a loveseat and two recliners.
My dad made wooden steps and small porch area just for this trailer and I am selling that with it as well. I also have the original metal steps.
It’s all cleaned out and title ready for its new owners.
Like I said I don’t know much about the trailer. I will try to answer any questions you have. My schedule is pretty open
