This has been a great rv for us, we live in for three years, we are 2nd owners, it has a provided us a way to have a roof and has been an EXCELLENT SPACIOUS place for 3 of us to be.
Didn’t use the inside cooking often oven not at all so most of it is still brand new. I do mostly outside cooking. Was used for sleeping mainly.
Selling because we are upgrading to a bran house
It deserves a loving family that will care and love and appreciate it as we did. We did all the maintenance and took care of it very nicely it was our home. It has a few minor blemishes on outside my son has mostly repaired anything that needed to be repaired. (Awning arm replaced, and a small small crack above shower skylight we sealed No leaks it pulls well, we have been in 2 rv parks with it and it was parked for a year, so not moved down interstates or highways, only moved a few miles than parked then six months then moved so it has everything working perfect.
All owner's manuals and remotes come with trailer along with storage bins for storage, hose for sewer, and electric cord (50 AMP) 2 smart tv's with remotes come with the RV, it also has a sound system with remote it plays inside and outside, fireplace with remote that lights up with lots of different modes, small fridge and gas grill located outside, Awning is in perfect shape and is electric, I also have levels and a few other miscellaneous RV attachments you may find useful.
I am the second owner and have done all the necessary maintenance (Roof fixtures all sealed) There is a small crack in the shower skylight that I sealed and it does not leak.
I was going to take the gas water heater out and install a electric tankless water heater for the unlimited hot water but have not done so yet, I will be changing it out to electric soon though
