We are a Roofing Company dedicated to delivering high-quality workmanship, safe practices, and excellent customer service. We are looking for skilled and motivated CREW LEADS to lead a crew and ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a roofing crew on residential and commercial job site
* Coordinate daily task, and ensure crew stays on schedule
* Inspect work progress and quality to meet safety and company standards
* Train and Mentor crew members, promoting teamwork and skill development
* Monitor materials, tools, and equipment usage to minimize waste and downtime
* Communicate effectively with office staff and crew
* Enforce OSHA and company safety policies at all times
* Troubleshoot job site issues and provide practical solutions
Qualifications
* Experience of leading crews
* Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods
* Ability to work in hot and cold weather
* Ability to read job specifications and run roofing jobs
* Physically able to lift/carry 50 lbs.
* Not afraid of heights and able to work safely on roofs
* Proven leadership and communication skills
* Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Familiar with Tucson streets and neighborhoods
* MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
