We are seeking an additional Project Coordinator. Success in this role means staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and consistently following through.
You will be responsible for taking detailed notes, measuring and ordering all components to accurately complete each job.
Collecting Deposits
While meeting with customers you will be explaining necessary paperwork and completing contracts.
Other essential duties as needed.
Requirements:
Prior experience in the window and door field or prior coordinator experience
Good with Math and numbers
Be able to work in various weather situations
Comfortable with heights and ladders
Computer Skills
Various Software Programs
Retro construction knowledge and experience
Accurate Measurements
Drivers License with 36 month VMR
Motivated
Quick Learner
Reliable
Works well with others (TEAM PLAYER) and Independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to Multitask
Detail oriented
Organized and ability to plan ahead
Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done right.
