Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance to move between store as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
General Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Repairs: Fix broken fixtures, appliances, and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
Installation: Install and replace items such as doors, windows, and flooring as needed.
Cleaning and Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness in facilities of specified areas and completed schedule pest control.
Documentation: Keep records of maintenance work performed and report any major repairs needed to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills: Proficiency in various repair techniques, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues quickly and determine effective solutions.
Physical Stamina: Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
Communication: Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. Preferably fluent in Spanish and English.
Experience: Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is often preferred, though entry-level candidates may be considered.
