Core Responsibilities
• Precision Locksmithing: Install, repair, and maintain commercial and residential hardware, including high-security cylinders, electronic locks, and exit devices.
• Safe Logistics: Lead the loading, delivery, and installation of safes ranging from 100lbs to 3,000lbs+. This includes navigating tight spaces, engineering a safe and efficient install, and utilizing specialized equipment.
• Technical Diagnostics: Identify and resolve complex mechanical failures in locking systems and safe dial/digital mechanisms.
• Safety Expertise: Maintain a zero-compromise approach to safety protocols, ensuring the protection of yourself, your fellow team members, and the client’s property during high weight maneuvers.
• Operational Agility: Seamlessly transition between field service calls, shop work, and heavy-duty logistics projects as client needs evolve throughout the day.

Qualifications
• Ability to pass a drug test and comprehensive background check (required).
• Clean driving record and ability to operate service vehicles (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in locksmithing or high-end mechanical assembly (helpful).
• Experience with heavy equipment (preferred).
• Strong communication skills for client-facing consultations.
