Framing Job Scope:
-Guest houses

-Opening Modifications
-Remodel work
---- This is a full-time position on our construction crew primarily working on remodels, additions, and guest houses. Framing will be a major part of the role, but during slower framing periods you may also assist with other remodeling trades. This gives you the opportunity to expand your skills across multiple areas of construction, and we are happy to train motivated team members in additional trades.
We also invest in our crew by sending team members to Training Services Associations workshops in Phoenix, AZ. ( Feel free to check out their website trainingservicesassoc . com) These hands-on training workshops typically last three days, and we cover all expenses including hotel, travel, and meals. Training topics include HVAC - Electrical & Plumbing - Carpentry, closets & trim - Cabinets & Countertops - Drywall Patch & Paint and many more.
We provide the tools and resources needed to succeed, including a work truck, tools, and gas card.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled framer who wants steady work while also expanding their knowledge and abilities in other construction trades.
Pay TBD at initial interview & Hiring.
Pay will be determined off of experience and skill
Signing bonus of up to $3,000 for 12 month commitment
Requirements:
-Clean driving record/Valid License
-No felony convictions
-Reliable transportation
-Must be willing to take a drug test
