Pay:
$19–$23 per hour, depending on experience.
Entry-level applicants are welcome – we provide training!
Full-time and part-time positions available.
Choose the employment option that works best for you: W-2 employee or 1099 independent contractor.
Responsibilities
* Perform a variety of residential remodeling and construction tasks.
* Assist with home renovation and improvement projects.
* Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
* Communicate professionally with coworkers and homeowners.
Preferred Experience
We're looking for candidates with experience in several of the following:
* Framing
* Drywall installation and repair
* Basic electrical work
* Basic plumbing
* Concrete work
* Tile installation
* General carpentry
* Homebuilding or residential construction
Restoration experience (water, fire, or mold restoration) is a huge plus. We'd love someone who can bring additional knowledge and best practices to our team.

* Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in Arizona conditions.
