A-Plus Handyman Services is looking for an experienced, well-rounded craftsman to join our growing team in Tucson.
We're replacing one of our lead technicians and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and consistently delivers high-quality workmanship with minimal supervision.
This is not an entry-level position.
The right candidate should be comfortable performing most of the following:
• Drywall repair and texture matching
• Finish carpentry and trim
• Field hanging and adjusting doors
• Window installation and replacement
• Flooring (LVP, laminate, tile, etc.)
• Stucco repair
• Residential plumbing repairs
• Residential electrical repairs
• Ceiling fan and light fixture installation
• Cabinet installation and repairs
• General home repairs and remodeling
We're looking for someone who:
• Shows up on time
• Takes pride in quality workmanship
• Works neatly, efficiently, and professionally
• Can communicate well with all types of customers
• Can solve problems without constant supervision
• Works well with others and follows direction
• Maintains a clean company vehicle and professional appearance
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license that qualifies under our company insurance
• No DUI convictions within the past five (5) years
• Clean driving record
• Own standard hand tools, drills, and the everyday tools needed to perform residential handyman work
• Verifiable residential construction or handyman experience
• Background suitable for working independently in customers' homes
