Seeking a reliable and skilled three-person crew for immediate, recurring work applying CenturyStone decorative concrete overlay systems in residential and commercial properties throughout the Tucson area.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces according to manufacturer specifications.
Accurately mix and apply CenturyStone products (base coats, texture, accent layers).
Proficiently perform decorative finishing techniques.
Maintain a clean and professional job site.
Work efficiently as a cohesive three-person unit.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 experienced installers ready to work together.
Proven track record with decorative concrete, overlays (e.g., SureBOND, Legacy, CenturyStone).
Must own reliable transportation to the Tucson job sites.
Own basic necessary tools (mixing equipment, trowels, grinders, etc.) is a strong plus. Equipment rental is included in pay package, which crew will receive regardless of if they need to rent equipment or not. All CenturyStone materials (product, bonder, sealant, etc.) will be provided.
Must be able to lift heavy materials.
Strong focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
