We are a local staffing agency that specializes exclusively in apartment communities.
We do temporary and temp-to-hire placements only — no commercial, no residential houses, no random gigs.
How our model works:
• You start on assignment as a 1099 contractor while temping
• If the property decides to hire you on, you convert to a W-2 employee with the property
• No long-term contracts
• No buyouts
• Final hire decisions are always made by the property
Our goal is simple: place good techs at good properties and let performance speak for itself.
