What You Will Be Doing:
Client Software Onboarding & Support
• Walk users step-by-step through setting up their initial software configuration: adding users, programming access cards, defining time schedules, and establishing holiday rules
• Provide patient, clear, Tier 1 remote troubleshooting for software or connectivity questions.
Sales Team & Installation Coordination
• Collaborate with sales reps, field technicians, and clients to schedule access control installs based on project scopes and site readiness.
• Maintain organized, accurate data entry within our tracking and scheduling systems so the entire division stays aligned.
Parts Procurement & Quotations
• Generate itemized parts quotes for upcoming projects and following up on outstanding sales estimates.
• Order specialized hardware directly from distributors and manufacturers and track lead times and resolve vendor discrepancies proactively to ensure zero project delays.

Qualifications
• Ability to pass a drug test and comprehensive background check (required).
• Clean driving record and ability to operate service vehicles (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
