We’re Hiring a Roofing Estimator

If you're equal parts technical and tactical — and you're ready to step into a role that blends estimating, inspections, and operations — this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare accurate estimates for asphalt, tile, cedar, metal, synthetic, and coating systems
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify measurements and assess conditions
• Collaborate with estimators, inspectors, and project managers on pricing and scheduling
• Support insurance estimates (Xactimate experience is a plus)
• Interpret scopes of work, construction drawings, and material takeoffs
• Maintain organized estimate records in CRM
• Communicate clearly with clients about scope, pricing, and next steps
• Ensure compliance with building codes, install standards, and safety protocols
• Represent ProBuilt Hawaii with professionalism at all job site visits

What You Need:

• Available for inter-island travel
• Minimum 3 years in residential roofing (estimating, inspection, or operations)
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and materials
• Experience with estimating tools (Xactimate & Acculynx)
• Able to read construction drawings and technical documents
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Physically fit to climb ladders and inspect roofs
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and cloud-based platforms
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
