40,000 btu adjustable forced air heat. Uses bbq style propane tank and has a 10 foot hose with regulator. Also uses 120v electric power (forced air) and has a 5 inch cord
Has had very little use and works flawlessly.
Check around and price them.
I'm asking 50 bucks.
