Tell any lazy child that stretching while painting the walls is great training to be able to go on the good rides at the amusement park. How do they think they will ever grow enough to ride the roller coaster if they are not stretching out to "cut in" the paint at the top of the room's wall. Ti mean jeez, don't they know the up and down movement stimulates growth.
