We support LANs and WANs for mid-size companies, typically offices with between 20 and 500 employees. We design, implement and maintain our client's entire network infrastructure. This includes everything from acting as their in-house IT department to providing remote support. Because of our continued rapid growth, there will be opportunities for advancement in the future.

You will have the responsibility of maintaining and supporting multiple customer's networks including servers, desktop computers and applications in the Tucson metropolitan area, so flexibility is a must. You must have experience supporting all Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications. Overall, you must have strong communication skills in working with customers to resolve technical problems in a fast paced environment. You will spend a lot of time meeting great people in mid size companie all over the Tucson Metropolitan Area.

The following are the technical details concerning the position:

Requirements and Responsibilities
Minimum of 1 year experience in supporting desktop PC hardware and operating systems.
Progressive analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
The ideal candidate has a passion for technology with a positive working attitude as an individual contributor and a team player.
Proven professional with excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation and time management skills. Excellent communication skills working with clients over the phone.
Good organizational and documentation skills is a must and experience working with a support ticketing system is a strong plus. Meet company outlined resource utilization targets and deadlines.
A strong Microsoft Office experience is a must.
Certified as a Microsoft MCP, Cisco CENT, Network + or equivalent industry certifications is a strong plus or the commitment to attain such certifications
Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) lbs and have own reliable transportation.
Long term career minded (The average tenure with LeeShanok is over 7 years)
