Mac Mini purchased new in 2012.
I took good care of it.
I am posting the official description of the unit from Apple, but mine has 1 TB of storage and maximum RAM
It served me well, but I upgraded to the 2020 M1 Mini a few months ago.
This is a great computer for a child or, really, anyone.
You will need keyboard (I have one for $20), mouse and monitor to use the Mac Mini.
