$699 Rally 12 meter for low wind, checked out at the kite shop, replaced valves (260$) and recently flown289-0505
the 10 that I have will need to go to the shop for valves.
Physically both kites are beautiful and have bags and bars, so if you are local you can save a lot. INcluded now for the 999 is board which is allaround with adjustable bindings by CRAZYFLY, the seat harness, men's medium, DAKINE, and the kites are rpm Rally.
