I have a 10X12 foot Davis wall tent also included is a 10x10 cook shack. Complete floor for both. One(1) inch angle kit with the EMT poles and ridge line. This has a continues vinyl rain fly over everything. also all ropes and stakes. the equipment is approximately 10 years old, with approximately 6 outings in that time. This is a heavy water proof wall tent canvas. There is one small separation in a seam. Approximately two(2) inches long. All of this was purchased new by me. the new cost was $3,000.
