This custom built vehicle is titled (clean title) and able to be registered for on and off road purposes! The vehicle is suitable for road, desert, mountain, and perfect for the dunes!
Drive Train: 2.0L Volkswagen (VW) Type 4 motor (professionally built), with dual Webber carburetors; VW 002 Bus transmission with 930 CVs and TCS axles; WebCam racing camshaft; electric fuel pump with dashboard shut-off switch, 15 gallon fuel cell from Summit Racing with a rollover fuel line vent, and automatic oil air-cooler.
Suspension:
Front: 4x1 Tweeds front arms with 10 inch Fox 2.0 coilover w/ remote reservoirs; Combo spindles with heavy duty tie rod ends (double sheer for strength) and chromoly tie rods;
7.00-15RT Hercules HDT (tubed) on Centerline wheels.
Rear: 3x3 chromoly rear arms with 12 inch Fox 2.0 coilover w/ remote reservoirs and 14 inch Fox 2.0 shocks w/ remote reservoirs; ProAM micro stub hubs w/ disk brakes; 33x10.5 BFG Baja TA (tubed) on Centerline wheels.
Misc: VW bus CV joints and axles, rack and pinion steering with Wright front end components. Separate front and back CNC brake master cylinders, and CNC clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder. Full sized 7.00-15RT spare tire (tubed).
Body: Custom aluminum framed body is encased by sheet metal paneling and underbody skid plates, with removable mesh netted windows. DualPRP suspension seats w/ 5 point harnesses, Interior cargo rack and two mounted ammo-cans, removable roof cargo rack with 2 (Hella brand) lights, lower front headlights (independently controlled). Brake/tail lights and an "Amber" rear light for added safety in the sand. Plus side view mirrors.
This vehicle has been meticulously maintained with Kendall GT-1 oil (SAE 20W-50) and Wix racing oil filter. The fuel system has been flushed and fuel filters replaced, carburetors adjusted, tuned, and synched, and the Optima Red Top battery was replaced, all in January 2026. The vehicle has only been maintained by a Volkswagen specialist with decades of experience.
