has a 212cc 7hp lifan engine with electric start. has nibbi grips and throttle cable. did a gov removal, added a torque converter and a vm22 carb. uses a 35# chain back tire is flat but not punctured. i have a battery for it but its pretty heavy and ill throw in an extra throttle cable both for free. cash only. text for questions
