BlackPoint IT Services is seeking an Inside Sales Rep – Retention for Carrier Services Division to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. This position assists in monitoring and calling upon our current Carrier Services accounts for renewal of their telecommunications offering, lead generation and offering services.

• Actively calls into the existing base of accounts to renew Carrier Services contracts
• Cross Sell and Up-Sell clients on new products
• Proactively reviews existing Customer Service Records for issues. Assists in customer service challenges and act as a level one escalation point
• Maintains up to date client system and records
• Creates new activities and opportunities in system, and manages sales funnel
• Participates in quote creation process
• Prepares term agreements and other supporting documents for contracts.
• Works on special projects and promotion communication to existing customer base
• Communicates to the sales team updated promos, products and internal supporting documents and processes
• Works on marketing campaigns for win back scenarios
• Learns technology and carrier offerings
• Special projects as assigned by management

Preferred Requirements and Qualifications
• 2+ years of relative job experience, preferably in Carrier Services, but willing to train the right person
• High achiever with excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Must be knowledgeable with MS products
