What You’ll Do
• Sell memberships, training packages, and programs
• Handle inbound leads, walk-ins, and follow-ups
• Educate prospects on Boxing Inc.’s programs and culture
• Close deals in person, over the phone, and via text/email
• Hit (and exceed) weekly and monthly sales targets
• Keep CRM notes clean and organized
• Represent the brand with confidence and professionalism

Requirements
• Strong communication and people skills
• Sales experience preferred (fitness, retail, or service sales a plus)
• Comfortable with goals, numbers, and accountability
• High energy, disciplined, and reliable
