I can provide excellent references, including my current rental reference and references from my previous three rentals. I am dependable, clean, respectful, and looking for a safe and positive living environment for myself and my daughter.
I also have a 16-year-old Chihuahua who is completely house-trained, has no teeth, and spends most of his time sleeping. He is very quiet, gentle, and low-maintenance.
