Seeking room or studio for 1 person + 2 cats. Employed over 9 years with the same job, paid weekly, 420 friendly, have 9 years of rental history at past apartment complex. Super clean, outgoing, and hard working. I do work from home 40-50 hours a week seeking a clean place to work from and live. Looking to pay around $750 per month but can be flexible.
