Hello, I am looking for a room to rent for my daughter and myself. My budget is $450 a month. We are quiet, my daughter is well behaved. I could also work around the house or property if additional rent is required. I don't drink or smoke, I am a Sunday school teacher. I will not be having any company over. I do have a 15-year-old exservice dog that is a chihuahua. He is house turned. I am private and conservative.
