Hello! I am seeking a room to rent on behalf of my friend and neighbor. She is a very sweet and pleasant 45yo woman who is medically retired from children’s social work. She had a brain aneurysm that ruptured a few years ago, and receives monthly disability income. She moves very slowly now, but is otherwise unaffected and independent. We just think our apartment community has become too expensive, and consumes too much of her budget which is a big drain on quality of life. She is only interested in renting on the Northside of town because she loves Tohono Chul Park and has friends in Oro Valley. She spends most the day chatting on the phone with family members and painting artwork. The main (possibly only) negative worth mentioning is she is a smoker, though has a long term goal of quitting. She doesn’t drive, but can Uber around very well. Let me know if you’re out there with a Northwest room to rent! Thank you.
