Help. 4pups, 2 dogs and 1, ( me) (Tucson)

We live in n my broke RV. In the desert. One of my dogs just gave me 4 pups. (5 days ago)
My generator gave up on me a week after the warranty expired. I haul water on my bike. It's a long haul. My limited solar capacities (knowledge) isn't panning out.
It's too damn hot, my options are thin. I can't find a cooling center or shelter that will allow my animals.
I'm signed up for housing, section 8, but that doesn't help today. And We need help today.
I'm open to allot of ideas, mainly ones that don't include giving up my babies.
Trying to find a spot with power, and water. With my RV or not. A room, a yard, a shed.
A shade tree. Maybe someone has a generater they're not using. So I can turn on my AC units .As long as I can keep my animals safe and cool . I'm not even sure how to get out of the desert with my situation looking grim today.
I could sure use a friend today.
I'm willing to work, pay, I've got lots of stuff to sell, trade. Nothing that can be useful to keep us alive and cool. So I'm willing to let go of most anything I got,(which aint allot.call, text. ) I'll probably lose power to my phone soon so text is best for me to find it.
If nothing else, send me a prayer. ,(he isn't hearing mine, maybe yours will help.
