New Goodyear Endurance tires, awning, and heavy duty Curt drop hitch and weight distribution/sway bar system with electric tongue jack for easy hitching and towing. Recently repacked wheel bearings, two heavy duty RV batteries, Slide works perfectly and includes the two slide-out locks for towing. Floor is solid, no soft spots. All canvas in excellent condition, no tears or leaks, zippers are all intact and easily opened/closed. Rear bed has been upgraded with futon style mattress, front mattress is clean and in very good condition. Gas line is plumbed to the bbq grill, complete with brackets, serving shelf and bbq tools. Rear view camera with large vehicle dash display. Tire pressure monitoring system with in vehicle display/alarm. We are including 2 high quality, easy to install, custom Gekko reversible tent covers that reflect heat away in the summer and absorb heat in the winter - also block out light and dampen sound. All tanks have recently been pressure cleaned, freshwater tank has been well maintained and kept sterilized for good drinking water. Roof in excellent shape. Body is clean, no dents, rust, delamination or bodywork. Paint and graphics in good shape. Rear bumper has been custom welded and reinforced for a bicycle rack. Optional equipment - 2 sets of high quality queen size cotton bedding/mattress toppers/king and standard (1 ea per bed) pillows only used a few times. leveling ramps, leveling blocks, additional stabilizers for front and rear, bike rack, hitch lock, and much more.
Comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 Queen size foldout beds and U-shaped settee that converts to a bed. Sofa can also convert to a hide-a-bed. Trailer is 24'8" with beds folded in and just under 30' with beds out.
