I’m selling the van for the owner. Here’s what he has to say about the van:

After enjoying the spoils of van life for about 3 years, I am moving abroad and need to sell the rig.

It is fully livable upon movin. You may want to do some interior work to spiff it up. It needs some mechanical work, but still runs fine. More details below.

Interior includes:
-100W solar, 200a/hr batteries, 30Amp solar charge controller, 140W inverter
-Toilet with blackwater tank
-Shower and sink woth gray water tank
-Swivel seats
-4 legal paggener seats with seat belts
-Lots of storage space
-Fixed bed with mattress
-Rooftop fan
-Propane stove
-3 way dometic fridge
-Suburban RV propane furnace
-Propane hot water heater
-The interior has been lived in. Don't expect it to look new.
-A few of the appliances and features are not working perfectly as designed, but everything is functional. Feel free to inquire about details.

Mechanics:
-175k miles
-New tires
-New transmission
-New brakes
-New bearings
-Some front end work is needed. I had a pre-purchase inspection done. You can ask for the list of sugested repairs. The mechanic said that generally, the van is in very good shape after these few repairs.
-The radiator hose got punctured recently. It is patched up and drivable now, but will need a replacement hose in the long term.

If you're willing to put in some elbow greese, this van could be a very affordable off-grid rig that meets all your needs :)
