Unfortunately, it’s that time in my life when I’m forced to sell my all-time favorite “toys”. This unit has been babied since new and is completely loaded with every option from a Private Seller.
A Beautiful Couples RV, YES, my PRE-LOVED WINNEBAGO RV IS AVAILABLE For SALE for the Bottom-Line price of $17,000 FIRM, on MY 2018 Winnebago Minnie Plus 26RBSS with many upgrades and add On’s. It’s exactly 26 feet long plus the tow tongue which come to a total of 29 feet. It has been well maintained, and cleaned after each of the 3-month summer use and is in good as new condition. I am a Single, Senior, non-smoker, with NO Pets of any kind and always use paved storage and traveled on Paved Roads, NOT off road.
It rides and tows very easy. A few of my favorite things are: This trailer has tons of outstanding amount Under the Master Bed storage plus more storage everywhere and has a bump out sky light for more height. The dining area has been UPGRADED by the previous owner from a dining booth to a free-standing dining table with 4 cushioned chairs. He also had newly upgraded plumbing fixtures and hardware installed in both the Kitchen and Bathroom.
It has a BIG and Beautiful 14-foot WIDE Slide out in which the Living Area and Dining Area both are in the 14 foot of Slide out. It comes with a big Kitchen Double sink with 2 large Stainless Steel Kitchen Sinks and a 3 burner Stove that has a Glass top and a large Oven and a microwave. It also comes with a new Wireless Trailer Tire Air Pressure Monitoring System.
It has floor length upgraded beautiful Blue and White curtains in the living area and dining area and (2) BLACK-OUT curtains in the bedroom. The (2) ceiling light fixtures have also been upgraded with beautiful and larger lights with LED energy saving bulbs above the dinette & one above the Sofa.
This trailer has 2 bed mattress lifting struts to make it easy to lift the mattress to get to the storage area under the mattress. The mattress was upgraded with a new Serta 10-in medium feel hybrid (blend of gel memory foam and coils) mattress with full body support. A Queen Hybrid Memory Foam/Coil Blend Queen Mattress. It also has a full-size Sofa Sleeper fold-out bed for the kids or grand-kids.
Also installed is an upgraded solid sturdy aluminum “SolidStep” RV Steps, 30-inch, Quad (4) Step, which is a $470 value I purchased new. Another upgrade is that I replaced the factory Tail/ Brake Lights with new LED Brake Lights. Another upgrade that I had accomplished are, two (2) “Maxx Air” Vent Covers were installed over the Bedroom Vent and the Bathroom Vent on this RV. In June of 2024, I had the roof completely recoated for almost $800 and had the main Awning replaced with a new awning for more than $800 and they both did a fabulous job. Also, that year same I had the Converter replaced for $360.
This Travel Trailer has RVing style art work galore inside and outside, which adds to its beauty both inside and outside. It also comes with “Carlisle Radial Trail HD Trailer ST225/75R 15 tires” with Load Range of (E). It has a 32 Inch Flat Screen TV with built in DVD player and AM/FM Stereo, that pulls out and rotates to the left and right. The TV is a “VIZIO D-Series 32” Class (31.50" Diag.) Smart TV | D32f-G1 with a DVD Player. It has a beautiful 26-inch Electric Fireplace with 3 levels of heat below the 32-inch Visio Flat Screen TV. My Trailer also came with a larger-upgraded size (10) Gallon Hot Water Heater which works on either Gas or Electric. I replaced the Anode Rod last year with one that has an Easy Open Drain Valve on it. This camper is in really great shape with upgrades galore and has been maintained and cared for during its entire ownership. It comes with a like new 14,000 lb. EZ Lift Weight Distribution Bars Hitch and Sway Bar, costing $558 new. If you don’t need the Hitch, then I will give you a $250 CREDIT. It has a Power Cord, 2 Fresh Water Hoses, 2 Sewer Hoses, Sewer Hose Supports, all are left in the RV. It also comes with, (4) = light gray color wheel covers and a Explore Land, Spare Tire Cover & much, much more included. a locking hitch pins and a tow hitch lock. This trailer has recently had a complete wash also.
The Fresh water tank is 50 gallons. The Grey water holding is 69 gallons. The Black water holding tank 28-gallon tank. It has a BRAND NEW 18-foot power retractable awning. It has Levels installed at each Outside Corner to help make it easy to level. Buying my RV from a private seller rather than a dealer will save you between $2,000 to $3,500 depending on the tax rate where you live. I purchased this Trailer in January 2022 from 1st Owner; it was well cared for and is still in wonderful condition. Has No Damage & All appliances work. I only used the trailer during the summer months. Selling ONLY for my medical reasons. I also had the RV Shop install 2 vent covers installed and the bathroom has a fan. Large bathroom and loads of storage. I drained all the tanks including the water heater. I Replaced the Costco Interstate Deep Cycle Battery, in Jun. 2024 for $106. Unfortunately, it’s that time in my life that I’m forced to sell all my all-time favorite “toys”. This unit has been babied since new and is completely loaded with every option. I’m in my 80’s now and fight with major Arthritis, which is why I am selling my RV.
