2013 Heartland Sundance XLT 277 RL. It has a living room and bedroom slide out, two 100w solar panels on roof with solar controller, 2 group 29 batteries (2023), new heavy duty springs (2024), Goodyear Endurance tires replaced Nov. 2023. Sofa hide-a-bed with air mattress and built in pump. Roof is in great shape and has no leaks. LED lights, electric awning and awning fabric is 2 yrs old, Black tank flush, LP and Elec water heater, outside shower, foil insulation cut for all windows to block out the summer heat. This unit may be older but it’s in great shape and everything works. You won’t find a cleaner unit for this price anywhere. It’s 29’ long , dry weight is 7466 lbs and 9900 GVWR. Hitch weight is 1625 lbs. This rig pulls easy and smooth.
