Every system and appliance are in perfect working order. Has a seperate 20 amp system in to order to use both AC units if campsite not equiped with 50 amps. Note: Previous owner wanted solar panel, but all wiring contol panel and mounting brackets intact.
While the interior and mechanicals remain in like-new condition, the exterior has cosmetic imperfections from an incident with the previous owner (photos 2-5 shows the damage): Lightly brushed a car and light-pole while parking the unit at his campsite.
If mechanical reliability and interior comfort are more important than a perfect exterior, this unit is a great value.
Previous owner lived in it while home was being built in the Prescott area. We only used it one summer (2025) up in Oregon. Had plans to use for more summers, but life changes :(
