Shared rooms include a living room, the private walled garden in the back, and a fully stocked kitchen. Groceries can be discussed or be split evenly. The house has 2 cats, a dog, and a chinchilla as pets. They are all very friendly to new animals, so if you have pets and would like to see if they get along, you are welcome to bring them in for a tour. Smoking is allowed, but only outdoors. House has indoor laundry units.
Room not furnished, but standing lamps and some shelving are available if requested, along with an inflatable mattress.
This room will be available starting in June. Duration will be on a month to month basis, but this can be discussed. Housemates are a military couple, general nerds/gamers.
Rent does not include Internet and Utilities, which will be split, though the internet is optional. $650 (refundable at end of stay) security deposit required. Feel free to call or text me for more information!
