Beautiful condo home rented and looking for additional FEMALE roommate to join home. Home currently consists of 1 male/1 female whom are all students and work full time. I have 6 dogs in the home and we love them to death, so if you are not a pet lover, we cannot be friends! I am looking for a very specific type of roommate, meaning we want someone down to earth and that will play with our doggos :) When looking for the ideal roommate, we are looking for someone to love our babies as their own, and help dogsit while I am away for work or family meetings (in exchange for money off rent, occasionally). I prefer to have a roommate with a day schedule, and no history of drug use or criminal history.
We do not do drugs or anything of the like, other than marijuana. This home is 100% 420 friendly and we don't mind some light smoking in common areas. Come join us for a smokeout :) We are laidback and easy going. We like to be clean and tidy, as much as our schedules permit us to be, and we expect any potential roommate to do the same. We all share cleaning supplies and follow a chore list every week. We all share expenses of the same equally.
The room has a huge walk-in closet and faces the front of the home. There is a window with some limited awning access as well. The bathroom is shared, but the current roommate is great about keeping it clean. We would like someone who is mindful and picks up after themselves. We don't want someone who passes by others in common spaces without saying hello. We are very polite and courteous to each other in this home and we want someone to add to that dynamic.
There is off-street parking and a washer and dryer in the unit, so no laundry facility use will be needed.
