Hi, I'm looking for a student or professional who is going to UofA, or a working professional to share a 2BR apartment at 10th Street and Euclid, south of campus. Apartment rent is $1000, so each will have to share $500, without utilities. The lease term will be till December of 2025, as I will be graduating by the end of the fall semester, and I am a grad student with a few years of professional working experience. This place is walking distance to campus, with a 15-minute walk to the student union, Campus center. There is a bus stop 1 min away and the SunLink streetcar8 minutes away from the apartment.
