Two rooms are currently occupied by medical professionals whose jobs demand that they use the space to rest and recharge. There are no parties, no excessive drinking and zero smoking or drugs allowed. We are looking for a roommate who will compliment the current roommates and keep the house clean and peaceful.
Rent includes all utilities. There is a security deposit of $800. There is lease agreement of 5 months minimum.
About the house:
3 bed / 2 bath home close to TMC offers shared spaces including furnished living room, den with fireplace, dedicated dining room, spacious kitchen with the basics for cooking plus a new refrigerator and dishwasher. The washer and dryer are in the shared bathroom and are accessible to all. Central air and heat keep the temperature amenable. High speed wireless internet. The house has a large peaceful backyard with mature plants and a covered patio, gas grill and view of the Catalina Mountains over the block wall.
About the Room:
$800/mo 110 sq ft Furnished bedroom with private bathroom. Includes full bed, carpet, a ceiling fan with light fixtures, nightstand, desk, chair and wall mirror. 2 changes of clean linens are provided per room, so you can launder when you wish. Plenty of bath towels are available (If you prefer to use your own furniture, we can remove what is there and provide you an empty room).
Transit time to TMC
4 minute drive
5 minute bike ride
23 minute walk
You will need to have $1600 saved up to move in, please do not contact us if you are not ready to move in by Mid-January.
