Quiet neighborhood in Rancho Sahuarita with a great view. Everything you need is within 10 minutes of driving. Normally I ask for a 6 or 12 month lease with month-to-month option afterwards, but I can be more flexible with students. Deposit is the same as the monthly rent paid the day you move in. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Located downstairs and is about 11x11 ft plus the closet. The downstairs bathroom is exclusively yours 98% of the time, but I just ask that guests be able to share it the remaining 2%. You will have your own pantry and cabinet space in the kitchen.

No kids, couples, pets, or smoking. Having a car already is recommended. Google says public transportation to UofA takes 80 minutes whereas driving takes about 25 minutes. Driving to Raytheon is 15-20 minutes.

About us: I’m a male software engineer who’s mostly laid back and prefers indoor activities. Your other roommates will be a male electrical engineer and nail technician. We are in our 20s-30s. We all use the kitchen moderately.
