Hi I'm looking for a small casita, house, fixer upper in trade for work on your properties. I want to buy something or rent to own, I'm a skilled handyman, carpenter, landscaper, caretaker, security. I currently work for the tanque verde school district, would like to find something on the east side of town. I'm a single guy with no pets, no drugs and have my own tools for remodeling and renovation. I'm responsible, trustworthy an self motivated. I'm living in my rv at the moment an can move it to a property to live in if a building needs repair before move in. Also im willing to put a small down payment 3 -5 k an a monthly payment of 6 - 8 hundred on a place plus work exchange for the right place Thanks for your time. Mitch
