CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT
JOB OVERVIEW:
Consultants are the face of the company. Consultants facilitate legal transactions and, more importantly, educate customers on product selection and medicine intake. This is a part-time position, starting at 20 hours per week. We request that you have at least 4 days available for work each week, including one weekend day.
We expect detail-oriented individuals, and will pay an hourly wage in line with those expectations. This position is also eligible to receive service-based tips.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow state compliance laws while providing friendly knowledgeable service
- Sales-based transactions ("bud tender")
- Continuing education regarding product knowledge
- Day-to-day operations & light administrative tasks
- Other tasks as assigned
- Customer service, customer service, customer service!
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Friendly and customer-service oriented
- College degree preferred (HS diploma required)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Get-it-done attitude
- Previous experience with cannabis preferred but NOT required!
- Must apply for and receive a state-issued Facility Agent card. The cost of this card is $300 and belongs to you. It allows you to work in any dispensary in the state of Arizona.
