CAREER
OBJECTIVE

My main goal is to get into the field that is challenging. I have a broad skill in general office work. I do have good rapport with individuals and maintain professionalism at all times. I am interested in learning other fields. Since I am retired at the age of 78, I am interested in the field of managing property or live in property caretaker.
Even though I don’t have enough experience I’m willing to learn at a lower salary to have the opportunity to learn a new career. And if there is housing available for me and my adult son as this would be a great incentive because i would be keeping an eye on what you have which is an investment to you. I still have a lot in me and can prove that you picked a worthwhile employee for the property that you have.

EXPERIENCE

Photographer Freelanced: Took pictures for sale. Not full-time. 2000 to 2007. Lakewood Co. Gave up my Photography full-time because of severe cataract eye problems. Retired on Social Security. Eyes repaired in March 2007.

Took care of my five children in my family: From 1996 to 2000. Littleton Co.
I took care of my five children due to the death of my wife. In addition, had to wait until my youngest child graduated from Columbine High School. Did some photography as extra support.

General Office Clerk: Nov 1995 to Dec. 1996. Part-time.
Worked with wife to create a skip tracing business in Littleton Co. We had a few attorneys on contract. Most of the work was done for an investigator in Phoenix Arizona. This work was done before my wife past away on Thanksgiving Day of 96.



General Office Manager: June 1993 to Oct 1995. The Legal Business was a Non-Profit (501-C3)
North Valley Legal Service of Az. Name was change because we hired two Attorneys full-time.
Managed a staff of 32 employees and volunteers. Also assisted in locating deadbeat dads by doing skip tracing and phone searches using Data-banks and many outside sources.. Did some phone collections for a few low- income apartments’ complexes to collect late payments. Did legal surveillance and investigation for a legal agency we served. Help in filing, sorting, locating case in a legal office. Used computers, copiers, fax, office duplicating machines, and phone systems

General Office Manager: Sept 1989 to May 1990. The Legal business was a Non-Profit (501-C3) North Valley Paralegal Inc. Oroville Ca. Managed a Staff of eight employees . Did also filing, sorting, locating case in a legal office.

Photographer Freelance 1974 to 1989. Self-employed. Oroville Ca and Sacramento Ca.
Did photography (portrait, wedding, candid, photojournalism, legal,)
other things that I did: Assisted in the selling and helping the client decide what photo is needed to be taken.
Also between 87 and 89, I was on contract full-time with the Mercury Register as a staff Photographer. Manly was a staff Photographer on contract. Took news, social photography and real state on assignments. Did some darkroom developing and enlarging of black and white photographics and color prints if need.

General Office Clerk: June 1973 Jan 1974.
Expedite orders in sales office. Did inventory of stock for ordering from suppliers. Did printing in a print shop, as well as film stripping and camera work.

Account-payable Clerk: Sept 1970 to Jan 1971. Muntz Tv. Chicago Ill.
Was a trainee in Account payable department of a Television Manufacturing Company. Paid all the bills to the different venders. Was approved by my supervisor to go into
phase 2 of accounting. Resolved vendor problems, correspondence, and company difficulties. In January 71, the company went Bankrupt and I helped in closing accounts.

Clerk: Local drugstore 1960 to 1968. Skokie Ill.
Help clients look for need items to purchase. Used a cash register. Did stock work. Sold photo equipment and resolved vendor correspondence and store difficulties
